In just one night we will get to know 4 of the best restaurants in Mendoza, tasting the best of each of our destinations in an adventurous 4-course dinner. We will know: “Santa y Pecador”: Beautiful restaurant aimed at fresh, simple food prepared with seasonal products, where we can also buy delicatessens and very good wines. | Our second destination, “Fuente y Fonda”, Radiant alabaster remains where we will taste dishes that remind us of childhood in Argentina. Delicious but unpretentious food served in a classic family style. | Our third destination “El Ceibo” focused on traditional elaboration techniques of the Argentine countryside such as the plow disc, the clay oven, and, of course, the embers. | Our last destination will be “La Central Vermutería”, a restaurant with a variety of signature tapas, Spanish influence and a variety of cocktails with a focus on classic and traditional vermouth.
