DESCRIPCIÓN: 

ALL INCLUSIVE: For Argentines, barbecue is more than a frequent meal, it is a cultural symbol that crosses us as a society. The barbecue brings together families, friends, it is an excuse to share around the fire, a ritual. We learned how to make asado from our parents, who in turn were taught by their parents. This tradition is passed down through the generations, each Argentine family has its particular way of doing it and it is our goal to transmit much more than a technique, we want you to know everything about our passion. You will learn live all the secrets to make the best asado in an intimate and familiar environment.

During the course of the experience we will do a tasting of 3 wines with which you will be able to notice the characteristics of our most famous wine valleys (Luján, Valle de Uco and Maipú). We also include a starter with typical meat empanadas from Mendoza, which will also be made by yourselves.

The night will end in the only possible way, with everyone sitting at the table tasting the delicacies we have just prepared and drinking some of the best wines in Mendoza. Includes side dishes and dessert with local and seasonal vegetables/fruits.

The entire experience happens at “Old Immigrants House”. An old restored tenement house that used to be the first home of many immigrants who arrived in Mendoza with all the illusion of a new beginning. Today this place, located on the famous Juan B Justo street, is a cultural heritage of the city of Mendoza and houses gastronomic, hotel and tourist projects.
